August 13, 2017 Travis Kim Ballou, 55, of Sterling, Va., formerly of Salem, Va., passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017. He was the son of Bob and Ellen Goodwin Ballou. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at Goodwin Memorial UMC, 5791 W. River Rd., Salem, Va.
